A giclee print is a high quality inkjet reproduction which closely matches the original artwork in colours and detail, and is made with lightfast pigment inks and archival quality paper.
My art prints are personally produced by me in my studio from high resolution scans of my originals. I use a professional fine art printer and 100% cotton rag, heavyweight 300gsm paper. Each print is inspected for quality and hand signed on the back before sending.
ABOUT THE FANTAIL PRINT
Fantails, I think, are one of our most endearing native birds - with their fat little bodies, cheeky personalities, and spectacular tails. I love the way they follow you around, looking enthusiastically for little insects you might have disturbed.
In this work, I wanted to capture the fantail's inquisitive nature, as well as the delicate beauty & colours of our native flora.
