Shipping Info
Dispatch times
Orders are shipped within 2 business days. (This excludes custom pet portraits - current timeframes are specified on the commission order pages.)
Shipping within New Zealand
Urban $7; Rural $12 - Flat rate
Orders are sent via NZ Post Courier (no signature required). Estimated shipping time is 1-2 business days but occasionally longer depending on your location, postal delays etc. Online tracking is available.
International Shipping
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Australia, US, UK and Canada: Delivery cost is weight and size based and will be calculated during checkout after you enter your address.
Other Countries:
I can send to most other countries on request - please email me before purchase for a quote.
International Delivery Estimates:
Standard or tracked airmail: 5-15 business days.
International courier: 5-10 business days.
Overseas shipping can occasionally take longer due to postal disruptions, customs etc. so please allow for delays.
Tracking
All NZ orders are sent via tracked courier. You will be sent an email with a link to online tracking where you can view delivery status and leave courier instructions. If you haven't received a shipping email, please check your spam folder. You can also log in to your customer account (if you have created one) to find your tracking info.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact me.
